Do you sometimes think about “the time when you’ll get there”? You know those goals you’ve in your life (at least I hope you do, I mean besides the get out of bed every morning, go to work …), goals that keep you moving toward something. You say “it’ll be great when I have my house”, “I’ll be so happy when …”, you know that sort of thinking?
We live our lives, we achieve things, we change, we evolve, we grow, but the journey never ends, there’s always an extra mile, a next step, something new, something else. It isn’t so much about what you get but how you get there and who you are, who you become to get there.
As our dear Jim Rohn used to say « We can have more than we’ve got because we can become more than we are. If you become, you can attract. The big challenge is to become all that you have the possibility of becoming. You cannot believe what it does to the human spirit to maximize your human potential and stretch yourself to the limit.”
So enjoy the ride, enjoy every moment, because the journey isn’t only what brings you wherever you want to be, it is life, it matters more than everything else because it never ends.
And as for Mister Rohn, who passed away yesterday, he certainly stretched himself beyond the line – if there’s ever a line – and he will live forever trough millions of us who like me got inspired to become more thanks what he has awakened in us.
So go out there, live your life, enjoy every moment!
